Company Ownership
The company has two directors with commanding excellent values and integrity. They have an outstanding experience that support the entire management set up.
1. Mr. Edgar Bakaira positioned as Managing Director: A holder of Bachelor of Business Administration (Procurement) Makerere University.
2. Mrs. Prossy Ankunzire Ahimisibwe: A holder of a Bachelor of Information and Technology Makerere University positioned as a director (shareholder).
Organizational Structure
Edge Executive Cleaning and General Supplies Co. Ltd. is an established company with a legal entity and impressive portfolio clients. It has a proper management system with a well laid down organizational structure headed by a managing director assisted by the line managers in departments which include; administration/accounting/human resource manager, operations/logistics manager and marketing/quality assurance/customer care manager. These are assisted by junior staff who include; cashier/accounts assistant/human resource assistant, store keeper, marketing assistants, secretary/receptionist, site supervisors, site team leaders and casual cleaners/fumigators/gardeners/painters.
Safety and Training
Our policy for respect of client’s property is not compromised. We have put into place various safety precautions to guard against any eventualities of safety and damage to our client’s property and life. In this regard we screen and employ credible and worthy personnel.
However, in the event of any accident, we have various insurance policies that make dealings with our company a comfortable venture. Our workers are insured under the work man’s compensation act.
